Delivery and Returns
Delivery is calculated on checkout and dispatched via Royal Mail. Please contact us for special deliveries or requirements.
This policy refers to candles and wax melt supplies purchased directly from this website.
You can make a request to return most items within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The item must remain in a salable condition and be returned at your cost. If approved, we must receive the item within 28 days of the original delivery.
If you need to return an item, please get in touch with our team via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist you.
Goods damaged in transit to you will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. We will attempt wherever possible to replace broken items, but in the case of glass, which is both fragile and heavy, we may choose to provide a refund instead or ship a replacement with a future order.
Please inform us of any damaged goods within three days of receiving the order. Photographic evidence of damage is required.
